- Since we deal in artificial/fashion jewelry, refunds are not offeredunless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hoursof delivery by emailing us at info@tingaling.co with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment methodor as store credit, depending on your preference.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For hygienic reasons, jewelry cannot be exchanged or returnedonce worn, used, or altered.
- To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Earrings, studs, and any items that come in direct contact with skin are non-exchangeabledue to hygiene concerns.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged/incorrect.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placementif they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
